Around me, people were clinging to life — and I realized my body had become the physical reflection of my mind’s chaos. I had built a life that looked powerful on the outside but was collapsing on the inside.

Years later, heartbreak cracked the armor I’d built to survive.

I cried every day for months.

I told myself I was unworthy, unlovable, not good enough — that she left because something was wrong with me.

Every story I repeated only deepened the suffering, until I finally saw that none of it was true.

Those two breakdowns became my breakthroughs.

They showed me that the stories I told myself weren’t reality — they were programs my nervous system kept replaying.
