That belief drove me straight into the ICU after years of excess.
Wires were running through my arms, machines buzzed in rhythm with my heartbeat, and the air smelled of antiseptic and final chances.
Around me, people were clinging to life, and I realized my body had become the physical reflection of my mind’s chaos.
I had built a life that looked powerful on the outside but was collapsing on the inside.
HEARTBREAK & AWAKENING
Years later, heartbreak cracked the armor I’d built to survive.
I cried every day for months.
I told myself I was unworthy, unlovable, not good enough — that she left because something was wrong with me.
Every story I repeated only deepened the suffering, until I finally saw that none of it was true.
Those two breakdowns became my breakthroughs.
They showed me that the stories I told myself weren’t reality. They were programs my nervous system kept replaying.

I spent years chasing mindset, motivation, and meditation — but none of it stuck until I learned one simple truth:
